Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags)
  • in the original packaging
  • accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:
Return shipping costs are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer. You're welcome to choose any shipping service you prefer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as we won't be able to process those returns.


Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We'll gladly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards or final sale items

Exchanges

Need a different item? The easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
